Go to File and select Export
In the box that appears, select Type File (* .txt) and Output Style must be RefMan (RIS) Export. If you want to export all the references, make sure that Export Selected References is not checked
Then just make a 'Drag and Drop' from the desktop (or where you saved your endnote file) and into Mendeley
