PsycInfo contains references with abstracts, and is primarily British-American oriented, but most of the important Danish and Nordic journals are however indexed in the database.
PsycInfo covers journal articles from 1806 onwards and books and chapters from 1987.

PubMed contains more than 19 million citations and references to articles from 1950 onwards. The database contains primarily American texts, covering borderline areas within the psychological area, including health psychology, Clinical psychology and neuropsychology.

Subjects: Biomedicine, medicine, pharmacology.

Searches can be limited to anthropological subsets.

Search by 'topic' or search for cited works.

The references can be used for inspiration when searching for keywords and for clarification of concepts when conducting a searching.

Contains reference works in all fields of the social sciences. Try e.g. Dictionary of the Social Sciences, which contains definitions of social science topics and biographies of important social science scholars.
