SAO / NASA Astrophysics Data System
The SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS) is a Digital Library portal for researchers in Astronomy and Physics, operated by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) under a NASA grant. The Energy Citations Database (ECD) provides free access to over 2,425,000 science research citations with continued growth through regular updates. There are over 279,000 electronic documents, primarily from 1943 forward, available via the database. Citations and documents are made publicly available by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

Espacenet’s worldwide database enables you to search for information about published patent applications from over 90 different countries and regions. Espacenet also offers free access to more than 70 million patent documents worldwide – most of them patent applications rather than granted patents – from 1836 today. Includes the full-text for U.S. patents. It is possible to print and download documents.

BIOSIS Previews
