Endnote:
Go to File and choose Export
In the box that pops up choose Text File (*.txt) as Type and for output style choose RefMan (RIS) Export. If you want to export all the references make sure the box Export Selected References is unchecked
Save the text file on your Desktop (or from where you have saved it) and drag and drop it in to Mendeley
