Perform your search in PubMed..
Click on "Send to" and select "Citation manager".
Under selection, you can choose whether you want to save all references on the page, or only those you have marked.
Select "Create File" and save the references. The references are saved in the nbib format.
Open the file and import the references into Endnote.
After this, the nbib file can be deleted.
