Digital rights management (DRM) is a class of access control technologies that are used by hardware manufacturers, publishers, copyright holders and individuals with the intent to limit the use of digital content (like e-books) and devices after sale.
DRM controls how much of an e-book you're allowed to download, print and copy. DRM is controlled by the individual supplier, and as such unfortunately is not something which the library directly controls.
