KUB Nord: Copenhagen University Hospital Login

E-journals and e-books

If you are employed with Copenhagen University Hospital in the metropolitan area, you have access to e-resources through The Royal Library/Copenhagen University Library.

In order to get access you must log in through the library’s search system REX.

Find the resource and use the access “Copenhagen University Hospital Login” and log in with your organizational account.

You must log in whether you are located physically at Copenhagen University Hospital, or whether you need your access from somewhere else (at home, travelling, et cetera).

In case you experience any problems in using BAM-ID, please contact support at: cru-kb-adgang@regionh.dk

Other problems with the access: contact@kb.dk

Registration as an employee with UCPH

If you have not created an account as an employee with UCPH, you may create one through this link: https://user.kb.dk/user/create?&pref_lang=da&locale=en_US

Your present access to electronic resources through Royal Danish Library, Copenhagen, goes through this new account.

Already registered?

If you already have registered with us, but do not know your password or the email address you have registered with us, send a scan/picture of your Danish health insurance card, passport, or driving licence to contact@kb.dk. Then we shall update your email address and send you a link to activate your account.

Please be aware that it may involve some risk to send personal details in an ordinary mail, and you do it at your own risk.

Place orders through REX
Log on REX. Your name will be shown in the top right corner.

Look up the journal or the book and choose “Request and location”.

If you encounter problems finding/ordering the title in question, use “Can’t find what you’re looking for”, which you have access to in the top menu of REX.

You will be directed to an order form which you can use to order items from other libraries at home and abroad.

You can also place orders through “KB-links” in databases like PubMed, Embase and Web of Science. In PubMed you must choose KB-Links in “My NCBI”.

Payment for post, physical copies, and interlibrary loans

If you order physical items against payment, including physical copies or interlibrary loans from abroad, we shall no longer invoice your employer. We register possible fees for the services in your account as a private user, or employee with UCPH, and you can settle them online through REX, our catalogue. You must arrange for possible settlement of the account with your employer yourself.
